Time:11.30pm
Today's work at Jurong Point was pretty good
Opening till closing, not really that busy at all
Today learned quite a few things:
- Learning how to see the heels' length ( 1 inch = almost 2cm )
- Have to be ARMED with a pen .. LOL ( For personal sales )
- Learning how to climb shelves ( Like Rock-climbing )
- Memorising the article's number by heart
- Knowing how to take initiative to ask customers ( Can I help? )
Cause Jurong Point's Outlet is really boring, I have time to learn many things
Then sometimes customer asking me which 1 fit them better
I just select whichever I find it nicer looking to me *HaHa*
After hearing from Alex, and those staff saying about how Wisma's outlet
It's abit scary, having 6 lorongs, where Jurong point only have 3
Meaning, more shoes(articles) and much higher
Tmr gonna be hell at Wisma
