After a week of working in NEA a.k.a National Environment Agency
I'm actually starting to love it more
Even it's out of my studies scope
But these will be good exposure to me
The ppl there are very nice, easy-going, always have a sense of humor and more

1st day was so called honeymoon for me
Because my lappy was not assigned to me yet
Also needed to wait for their IT team to give me an e-mail acc to be used within the department
So spent whole day reading their annual report and slacking away
At least I get to meet most of the ppl in the 3PPD department

2nd day, my first task was to spot missing URLs/informations/Hyperlinks . .
On the EC portal and note them down
Still abit relaxing

3rd day, the fun part begans
Was asked to edit a powerpoint slide that will be needed on Friday
Because Friday will be 'Appreciation Lo Hei Lunch' Event
For most of the Pri,Sec,JC and coorperate companies advisors

4th day, in the morning
I had to make calls to most of the recipients to reconfirm their attendance
And to let them know that they are receiving a certificate of appreciation
Some of them asked me where can they park their car because our building . . .
Carpark only allows staff vehicles >.<
Some asked what time, when we already mailed them all the informations >.<
And it's not easy calling sch as I have to go through many general office to . . .
Get to that person
Some sch also need to ask so much than can get me through to their Principal
Rest of the day was working on the ppt again
Adding music and coordinations of the whole ppt

5th day(Today) was the BIG day because it's the long waited event they planned
'Appreciation Lo Hei Lunch' Event
Morning 9am, I went to help out setting the stuff
The event is held at our Top Floor(25th), I think is called as dunno what HALL

Then at 10.30am
Headed down to lobby to registration station
At 12noon, headed back up cause it was almost time

Event was already 3/4 way through le
Then I was appointed to table number 10 to lead them throught the Yu Sheng part

Then around 12.30pm, lunch was started by our GOH(Guest Of Honor)


Around 1pm
It's time for us to join in for lunch
We ordered extra Yu Sheng and had 3 plates left
So, it's our turn !!! =D

Whole event ended around 2pm+
And our Deputy Director gathered us for immediate feedback on this whole event
We have some minor errors but overall was good =D
At least everyone's hardwork is not wasted
At about 3.20pm
Headed down to Nanyang Girls High Sch with some of my college
To finalize our preparation for tomorrow's . .
