First day of work
First assignment given to me . . . and
First cut for the day
All thanks to the pair of scissors
Just great . . .
I was told to open those boxes to get the sauce poured out
Somehow, I accidently slide my finger through the blade and . . . got a deep cut
All I can say that this isn't gonna be the only cut or it's the last cut I'll get
Just have to be cautious
Work was tiring, orders coming non-stop and I'm needed to observe and wash the pans at the same time
I'm needed to memories alot of things
Ingredients like what to add with what
Learning to place the food nicely for the customer
And for closing, it's not easy
Around 9pm need to start cleaning some areas, wash this wash that, pack things, unload and load raw foods
Do this do that, damn .. so many things need to remember
And I sux big time with memorising stuff
It ain't gonne be easy
Hope I can get used to these and find the excitment from it

Communication was alright between me and my 3 shi fu
They joke around, sing and talk crap too
But when it's time to get serious when it's busy
They're too busy to even talk
Some from China but PLEASE, they're not that bad after all
Managed to know a few guys, some from SP too
For you all Tiko-s, there's some cute girls
And 1 quite chio, but she only stopped by to do some stuff
